The Caps Lock key is VERY rarely used on purpose. (And sometimes when it is, it really shouldn't be :-(
Many people find it very annoying to correct text when it is hit accidentally. To avoid this, the key
can be disable through the registry (use scripts in Registry Files folder.
You can also download it: CapsLock_OFF
To TURN OFF the Caps Lock key (making it behave like the Shift Key),
double-click the CapLock_OFF registry file. Answer yes/ok when it asks to run,
and after you reboot (or restart File Explorer) the Caps Lock key will be off.
To restore it's functionality, just run the CapLock_ON reg file in the same way.
